Apple has filed a case against Samsung on copyright infringement - Link. You may know that samsung is the one and only supplier of all the touchscreens for apple products and it is the largest company in terms of hardware production. Samsung is the leading seller in mobile devices (smart phones and ipads are only a small part). Samsung siad that "We have no choice but to respond strongly at this time." and charged apple with some wireless infringement. As two giants in the industry collide time must say who wins this battle......

Yes it has filed another case. This one is against Samsung.Apple claims that Nexus S, Epic 4G, Galaxy S 4G and the Galaxy Tab tablet has a similar Operating System to apple devices and nexus phone has a resemblance to their iPhone.[[Samsung provides the touchscreen for all the apple products]] I'm sick of this lawsuits by apple company. all you do is create a single phone and sue all each and every company for their products being similar to yours. Next you will sue all kids for drawing a rounded rectangle because that resembles the shape of an iPhone. F**k you apple. I used to respect this company but if this is what you are capable of then........

A New York Business man Paul ceglia claims that he owns half of Facebook as he has lent Zuckerberg 1,384.08€ towards the development of the site which now costs 44.98€ billion.This could lead 2 results for the man one an overnight billionaire or an straight to jail for producing fake documents. any way here are the snippets of mail leaked over the media. In short Mark said Fu*k you I own the site.
After two days:

Sorry it’s taken me a few days to respond, [sic] Now that the sites [sic] live I feel I must take creative control and I just can not risk injuring my sites [sic] reputation by cheapening it with your idea of selling college junk, nor do I wish to spend my time shipping out coffee mugs to rich alumni. The site is cool as it is and I don’t care about making any money on it right now, I just want to see if people will use it. If I had the rest of the money I was owed by you for all that extra work I did I wouldn’t even need to make money at all on this site. That is money I am entitled to and is rightfully mine.

Mark, all I can think is your parents have handed you everything your entire life and after all this time and energy and MONEY that you think in your head that an Ok way to act is to just say- oh I’ve changed my mind I don’t think it’s cool to make money and that that should be that. Then you have the nerve to suggest that I should pay you more money if I get you right, so that you dont [sic] have to try to make money on the site we’ve built?? It’s one thing to say you don’t want to sell coffee mugs but I don’t see why since the margins are excellent and with minimal effort we could generate some decent revenue for us while keeping the site free to students. It’s one thing to say “I’d like to discuss with you other ways we could produce revenue for the site, like advertising, we could sell ads locally I am sure and to places that already sell alumni stuff (but we will be losing the margins) angel investors are just con men and until we have some decent revenue we aren’t going to get a dime from them without giving up the whole thing and anyway at this point it’s just a freaking harvard [sic] thing. I need to be able to get on the actual site and see where we can place some ads and we need to get some bike couriers to go around promoting the site so we can get some people using it FIRST! But we need to get some advertising on the site right away if you like that route better so alumni are used to seeing some ads from the beginning.

Paul, I have become too busy to deal with the site and no one wants to pay for it, so I am thinking of just taking the server down. My parents have a fund that I can tap into for my college expenses and I would just like to give you your two thousand dollars back and call it even on the rest of the money you owe me for the extra work. At this point I won’t even really be able to work on the facebook until Summer.

Another summer is here and I still don’t have any time to build our site, I understand that I promised I would, but other things have come up and I am out in California working during break. Just a few weeks back ie9 was released and it was...........how do i put this????.............as shi**y as hell it crashed for no reason at all .microsoft claims that it has accelerated graphics and html5 support but except for the demo sites on the homepage nothing worked excatly. Now microsoft is ready with its next installment of Sh*t
The only time i use explorer is when i have installed a new windows to get my chrome installer other than that it is useless and it crashes on me twice before it got me the installer. So,anyway if you want to test this here is where you have to go -Link 

India's newest census has revealed a lot of facts. To cut it short India's total population is 1.21 billion compared to china's 1.34 billion. 41% of Indian population falls below international poverty line. There are only 940 women for 1000 men. That means out of every 1000 men 60 men are lifetime bachelors beware men. The good news is that Indian government is issuing biometric identity cards which can make some difference in some departments.

Yes you have read it right apple has completely lost it as it is trying to copyright the term "App Store" .This all started whem amazon used the word app store for their mobile software section and apple filed a case against amazon of infringement and trademarked the term app store. As our friends at microsoft have claimed that the trademark is not valid and should be reviewed by bringing a English professor into scene. I think apple's next move would be trademarking every single term in apple products.

While the market is booming with the mobile processor technology like the the new tegra 2 and 3 processors which can single handedly do what an average desktop cant intel has shocked every one with their newest technology "Xeon E7" which can take 2 TB of DDR3 Ram and has 10 cores. I think there is no software that can overload that processor. Guess most of us are stuck with 2 cores so dont bother........when we upgrade this will be in our budget.
