You may know that samsung is the one and only supplier of all the touchscreens for apple products and it is the largest company in terms of hardware production. Samsung is the leading seller in mobile devices (smart phones and ipads are only a small part). Samsung siad that "We have no choice but to respond strongly at this time." and charged apple with some wireless infringement.
