Update:-

     As ie9 only worked for windows vista&7 users now they have updated that minimum specs for ie10. This only works for windows  7 users. cutting down xp users on ie9 was sensible because ie9 uses the os new features but this .........this is ridiculous and funny because the users of ie is already low and leaving the vista users out of the equation means only few remain. Lets see how much stable the ie10 Rc will be.
